CURRENT STATUS · OPEN RESEARCH
Initial corpus: Adobe Commerce and Magento transitions to Shopify or Shopify Plus
The first validation corpus is being designed around a narrow ecommerce migration pair. This is a research scope, not a claim that any particular company has migrated.
-
PUBLICATION STANDARD
Official announcement and observed evidence must not be conflated
A company, platform or implementation partner may announce a migration. PlatformTrace may also observe public technical evidence. A future bulletin must state which type of evidence supports each conclusion.
-
CONFIDENCE STANDARD
Observed, probable and verified are governed states
Observed means a candidate change. Probable means the direction persists across time and evidence channels. Verified requires the full governed threshold and human review.
-
FALSE-SIGNAL STANDARD
Consent, regional rollout, legacy scripts and collection failure remain live alternatives
A missing marker is not automatically a platform removal. A new marker is not automatically a completed migration. A future bulletin must preserve the plausible alternatives.
Migration desk
The desk is empty until the evidence is real.
PlatformTrace does not currently have a reviewed company-specific migration bulletin ready for public release. Fictional migrations and invented evidence have been removed.
Desk rule: no bulletin is published merely to make PlatformTrace appear active.
